yelp.com - "This is where my husband and I have purchased four cars in the past 8 years.  Our salesperson Scott Goff is THE TOYOTA MAN.  There are no salesman types here -- just honest, down-to-earth auto experts that want to help you find a "green" car at a price you can afford.  I have always been afraid of car salespeople that circle around you on the lot like a wolf on the hunt -- until we got to know Scott.  There is no pressure or running back and forth to a sales manager with amounts -- plus I understand our local dealer has to make some profit so that we can have a local Toyota dealership.  If you head out of Corvallis to buy a car and save a few hundred, you are really not saving anything because the community loses that money geometrically in dollars.   Go to John and Phil's and ask for Scott!  Plus, once you have your car, the service dept will help take care of your new baby." - Marti B.

At the end, they were not able to solve the problem and tehy gave me a rental car, for free.
