Vehicle Standards

  • Pass 160-point Quality Assurance Inspection including:
    • 131-Checkpoint mechanical inspection
      • All tires must match; minimum 5/32" tread remaining
      • Brakes: minimum 50% wear remaining
      • 100% mechanically correct
    • 29-Point detailing and appearance standards inspection
      • Exterior, interior, engine compartment, trunk compartment

Same benefits and warranty as TCUV program plus:

  • 174-Point Quality Assurance Inspection ? that's an additional 14 check points exclusive to hybrid vehicles

Optional Toyota Certified Vehicle Service Agreements (VSA) offered through TFS

  • Provides extended protection beyond the TCUV Warranty
  • Plans available up to 8 years/125,000 miles (whichever comes first)

Extended warranty coverage

* Toyota Care complimentary maintenance plan coverage available for MY10 vehicles and newer. Covers normal factory scheduled service. Plan is 2 years or 25K miles, whichever comes first. The new Toyota vehicle cannot be part of a rental or commercial fleet, or a livery or taxi vehicle. See plan for complete coverage details. See participating Toyota dealer for details.

  1. Whichever comes first from date of Toyota Certified Used Vehicle purchase. The Comprehensive Warranty covers any repair or replacement of components which fail under normal use due to defect in materials or workmanship. (Program not available in Puerto Rico and Hawaii.)
  2. Whichever comes first from original date of first use when sold as new. See Certified Warranty Supplement for warranty details.
  3. From date of Toyota Certified Used Vehicle purchase. Covers most services, including flat tires, lockout service, jump starts, fuel delivery and towing for mechanical breakdown or collision recovery to the nearest Toyota dealership. Services provided exclude any parts required. Coverage not available in Mexico. See Certified Warranty Supplement for warranty details.
  4. Hybrid-related components are covered for 8-years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, from original date of first use when sold as new. The HV battery may have longer coverage under emissions warranty. See Owner's Warranty information booklet for details.
  5. Rates mentioned are for standard new car rates, and do not include new car specials or subvented rates. Not all buyers will qualify. Financing available through Toyota Financial Services for qualified buyers only.
