1. Customer is using subvened lease financing offered through (TFS) (i.e. offer is not good with customer cash offers or retail financing done with financial institutions other than TFS)
2. Lease Contract term is less than or equal to 36 months
3. Amount is being applied as a non-cash credit to the amount being financed (i.e. no payments will be made directly to consumers)
(2) Customers purchasing or leasing a new, unused and unlicensed, eligible vehicle from dealer stock between 05/01/13 and 06/03/13 and utilizing a subvened retail/APR or subvened special lease financing offered through Toyota Financial Services (TFS) to finance/lease the vehicle are entitled to Subvention Cash if they meet the following conditions:
1. Customer is using subvened lease financing offered through (TFS) (i.e. offer is not good with customer cash offers or retail financing done with financial institutions other than TFS)
2. APR Contract term is less than or equal to 60 months
3. Lease Contract term is less than or equal to 36 months
